Letter on charity by the Great Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis, Jerusalem, 1952.
The letter is handwritten entirely by the Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis and uncommonly also hand-signed by him although he usually used to sign his letters with his signature-like stamp. Rabbi Bengis also added his stamp to the letter.
The letter is a response to a letter he had received on charity and Hachnasas Kalah for one of the dignitaries of Jerusalem who married a poor bride.
Rabbi Bengis ends his letter with blessings to those supporting the important family and all those dealing with this important Mitzvah.
