Shut Shevus Yaakov, by Rabbi Yaakov Reisher. Uri Ze’ev Salat Press, lemberg, 1897. With an approbation by Rabbi Yitzchal Shmelkish, Rosh Av Beis Din of Lvov. On verso of the title page, a comment by Rabbi Yosef Shaul Nathanson, whose approbation was omitted from this edition.

[2], 60, [1], 41, [1], 34 leaves. Stamps of the library of Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin, Yechezkel Rosenbaum, Radom and Shmuel Yitzchak Rotman, Radom.

Rabbi Yechezkel Rosenbaum – was born in Radom in 1895. According to a testimony
introduced in the database of Yad Vashem, he was deported to the Warsaw Getto and perished in the Holocaust.

Simple binding, tears and taping to the title page and several additional leaves, fair-good condition.
