Rabbi Alter Yechiel ben Rabbi Yosef Neventzal (1858-1939) studied at the Kloiz of Tornov and followed the holy Rav the Divrei Chaim of Sanz and his grandson the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomo of Bobov. During the years 1890-1899 served as Rosh Av Beis Din of Vizhnitz. and since 1899 as Rosh Av Beis Din of Stanislav. Author of Pri HaEtz VeMinchas Yechiel on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah and Shut Minchas Yechiel on the four sections of the Shulchan Aruch. Headed Torah and charity institutions in his town. Was a member of Mo’etzes Gedolei HaTorah of Agudas Yisroel, the head of its local branch and a member of the city council. Almost all his descendants perished in the Holocaust.

With remnants of the front board and an almost completely detached title page, the leaf of approbations is detached in blemished in its edges, moth holes, stains, a tear across one of the leaves, taping to the edges of the last leaf, fair condition.
