Letter by the holy Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac of Zutshka to the great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib Landau on the custom of Kaparos and other matters and with blessings for the birth of a grandson. 1987.
The Rabbi of Zutshka blesses him warmly for the birth and Pidyon Haben of his grandson and apologizes for not receiving the invitation on time and therefore for his absence from the event. The Rabbi notes that he is considered someone who ‘חישב לעשות מצווה ונאנס’.
Later, he writes that he stands by his side on the custom of Kaparos and its application and on other matters related to Sabbath.
