Sefer Chidushei HaRashba by Rabbeinu Shlomo ben Aderes. Printed and published by levin Epstein. First section on Chamesh Essreh Shitos and second section on three tractates. 

Had belonged to the holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich of Shamloy, the author of lechem Shlomo, to his sons and family members, and on it, dozens of glosses handwritten by him.

Written several times on the title page ‘I studied this Rashba the young Yehoshua Katz the grandson of the holy Gaon of Shamloy …’

His holy name and the name of family members and disciples are signed several times. 

The holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich [1863-1944] Av Beis Din of Shamloy. One of the greatest Poskim of his generation. Author of the Lechem Shlomo Shlomo and approx. forty additional composition. The grandson of the holy Gaon author of Kol Aryeh who raised him and taught him Torah. A leading disciple of the holy Rav author of Kedushas Yom Tov of Siget and a Chassid of his son the holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar. Perished with his community during the Holocaust.

[2], 105, 103, 58 leaves. Two title pages for the first section and an additional one for the second section. Slightly dismantled and blemished binding. Old, dark leaves. Wear and some detached leaves. Blemished title page. fair-good condition.
