With a list of donors and the amount of their donation and with a request to send receipts so the donations could be collected at the beginning of Elul. [Trebisov], Menachem Av, [1937]. The original envelope is enclosed with this letter, without the postage stamps.
* Postcard handwritten and signed by Rabbi Matisyahu Halevi Rosenblut, wondering as to the delay in sending the receipts and requesting that they be sent as soon as possible. Trebisov, Elul [1937].
The postcard is stamped and was postmarked by the local post office on 12.08.1937, two days after its writing.
Rabbi Matisyahu Halevi Rosenblut, Rav and Av Beis Din of Trebisov, a disciple of the Sheves Sofer and of Rabbu Yaakov Yosef Ginz Av Beis Din of Biserman. The son-in-law of Rabbi Mordechai Guttman Av Beis Din of Trebisov. Since 1905, served as the Rav of Trebisov.
