Two documents about donations to the Etz Chaim Yeshiva, from 1927 and 1928, handwritten and signed by the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Aryeh Levin, the spritiual manager of Etz Chaim.
The confirmations were sent to the famed Jerusalemite activist Rabbi Moshe Porush, for the studies of his son Menachem, one of the future leaders of Agudas Yisroel.
The documents confirm payment of tuition and the Tzaddik Gaon Rabbi Aryeh Levin, one of the Geonim and Tzaddikim of Jerusalem, a disciple of Maran the Leshem and the father-in-law of the Leshem’s grandson, Rabbi Yosef Sholom Elyoshiv, signed on behalf of the management.
[2] receipt-like leaves. Marks of them being ripped off a voucher book. Fold lines. Minor stains. Very good condition.
