Sefer Yesod Yosef by the holy Gaon Rabbi Yosef of Dubno. Printed by the order of the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl who greatly praised its Segulah. Zhitomir, 1867. A pedigreed copy of the Tzaddikim of Safed and their descendants.
Wonderful Segulah book by the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl and the holy Rav Rabbi Yitzchak Skvira. The holy Rav of Chernobyl wrote: The holy book Yesod Yosef … was constantly on the holy table of my father the Admor … I too ask that everyone buy this holy book and study it as best as he could and they will receive an additional blessing to benefit them spiritually and materially Bivnei Chayei Mezonei Revachey Amen…
His brother, the holy Rav of Skvira wrote that he had greatly enjoyed the printing of this holy book and wishes that all his men buy the book and study it constantly.
This copy is signed by Rabbi Avraham Shlomo [Rabbi Avraham Shlomo Goldenbaum [1843-1927] a Chassidi Dayan of Safed and an important Sadigura-Ruzhin Chassid] and by his son Rabbi Chaim Aharon Goldenbaum of Safed, the grandson of the Maggid of Mezeritch.
In addition, the signature of the Admor the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Yosef David Brandwein of Stretin and the signature of Moshe Aharon Horowitz Segal.
[1], 71 leaves. Incomplete copy: leaves 72-74 and the table of errors are missing. Considerable wear slightly affecting the text. Stains. No binding. Fair-good condition.
