[2], 60 leaves, some on bluish paper. Introduced at the end of the book are strong reservations about Sefer HaEmunos of the Kabbalist Rabbi Shem Tov and several poems and a prayer by the author. Siman 1 and Siman 76 were omitted by the censor. With the signature of Rabbi Alexander Sender Toibash Av Beis Din of Vaslui and the signature of his grandfather, Rabbi Aharon Moshe Toibash Av Beis Din of Jassy. And with the stamp of Rabbi Ben Zion Wessely Av Beis Din of Torda. 

Rabbi Moshe ben Rabbi Yitzchak Alashkar, the Maharam Alashkar (1466-1542) one of the exiles of Spain. After being rescued from captivity, became the leader of the Jewish community of Tunisia. Later, he moved to Egypt and became one of its greatest sages and Dayanim as well as an important Posek and Paytan. At the end of his days, lived in Safed and Jerusalem. 

Rabbi Aharon Moshe ben Rabbi Yaakov Toibash (1787-1852) a friend of the Gaon author of Yeshu’os Yaakov. Since 1842 was the Rav of Jassy. The author of Karnei Re’em on the Torah and Karnei Re’em on Shut Nodah BiYehuda. 

Rabbi Ben Zion ben Rabbi Caleb Feibel Wessely (1864-1938) Av Beis Din of Torda and Rosh Yeshiva there. The president of the Chevras Machzikei Hadas organization in Transilvania, president of Knesses Harabbanim and president of the organization of orthodox communities in Transilvania. 

Worn, semi-leather binding. Stains with traces of mold and dampness damage. Moth holes. Good condition.
