[1], 84, [1], 85-118 leaves. The additions of Dinim on the Rambam and the Rambam’s writings have a special title page containing the heading "Zikaron LeMoshe". On the last flyleaf, Sephardic script with "Table of Errors of Zichron Moshe".
The Gaon Rabbi Raphael Yeshaya Azulai (1748-1826), the eldest son and disciple of Rabbeinu the Chida. Was born in Jerusalem and was renowned as one of its sages. Was greatly revered and loved by his father, who referred to him in his writings. In 1780, he was sent abroad as a Shadar of the Tiberius community and when his mission ended, settled in Amsterdam. From 1788 until his passing, he served as the Rav of the Ankona community in Italy, from where he continuously corresponded with his father who was living in Livorno. Part of his book the Imrei Noam Shut was printed in his son’s book, Zichron Moshe.
Rabbi Moshe ben Rabbi Raphael Yeshaya Azulai (1787-1850] one of the sages of Ankona. Authored several books of Likutim, abbreviations and indices for the books of his Gaon grandfather the Chida including Zichron Moshe and Lechem min Hashamayim.
