Rabbi Eliezer ben Rabbi Reuven Kahana – was born in Smeititch and in his youth moved to karlin. Author of Si’ach Sfunim on Chamesh Megilos and Ta’amei Torah. Rabbi Yisroel-Isserel, Rosh Av Beis Din of Pinsk, in his approbation, greatly praises the author, Rabbi Eliezer.
