89, [1] leaves, 16 cm. Bluish paper. Mispagination. The title page is missing. The leaf that was supposed to be after the title page was bound in this copy as the last leaf. [2] leaves at the end of the book are also missing. With the handwritten signature of Rabbi Raphael Chaim Treitel of Batei Yngarin, Jerusalem, on leaf 45.
The table of errors was copied from a previous edition with a pagination that does not match the one of this edition.
Printed at the end of Igeres HaTeshuvah is the printer’s mark of Azriel Zelig ben Yaakov, who founded his printery in Shklow in 1815.
New binding, the title page and [2] leaves at the end of the book are missing, the table of omissions is blemished and bound out of order, taping and moth holes on several of the first and last leaves, stains, Fair-good condition.
