Matzat Shimurim, by Rabbi Nosson Shapiro Hayerushalmi. Amsterdam [Zholkva?], [1770] or [1776]. Rare. 

Sefer Matzat Shimurim, on the secret of Mezuzah, Tzitzit and Tefillin, and Birkot Hashachar in Seder HaAvodah, Rabbi Nosson Shapiro Hayerushalmi ben Rabbi Reuven David [Tevel], the Dayan of Krakow. On the title page ‘At the glorified press of Amsterdam [i.e. Venice], by the order of Sir Morishini’, [1770 or 1776] – depending on the decryption of the detail on the title page. 

[1], 65, 69-95, 92-99 leaves. According to Gershom Sholom, the detail on the title page matches the first ediiton, Venice 1660. Possibly, it was published in Zholkva. The Remez wrote Hasagot on this book. Owner’s signatures and stamps, including the stamp of "גרשון ליב שו"ב".

Renewed binding. Blemish not affecting the text to the edge of the title page. Folds and wear to the corners of some leaves. Damage to letters at the end of the lines due to the cutting of the edge of one leaf. Stains. Good condition.
