Sefer Hayashar on the Torah – printed by the brothers Chanina Lipa and Aryeh Leib and Yehoshua Heshil Shapiro, the grandsons of the Rav of Slavuta in Zhytomyr, 1849. 

Bibliographically unknown edition. Not listed in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book and does not appear in the National Library. 

Sefer Hayashar is "some stories and Midrashim by the Sages on Chamisha Chumshei Torah and a little of Sefer Yehoshua and Shoftim in clear language…".

137 leaves. Quite worn. Moth perforations. Some leaves (5, 12, 126) have been restored and filled in with paper, considerably affecting the text. Leaf 132 has also been restored slightly affecting the text. No binding. Fair-good condition.
