Semi-leather binding, blemished, dismantled and detached. Stains, including traces of mold. Blemished spine and detached gathering. Wear to the corners of some leaves. A copy without the innovations on the Rambam. Fair-good condition.

Rabbi Chaim Moshe ben Rabbi Yitzchak Matzli’ach (passed away in 1845) one of the sages of Izmir, a disciple of Rabbi Yitzchak Albeli at the Magen Shaul Yeshiva. Author of Sefer Em Habanim which was published after his passing at a young age by his son. The approbation by Rabbi Avraham Palachi, the Rav of Izmir, greatly praises him.
