The Torah innovations were printed in Chasam Sofer on tractate Nedarim leaves 26-29, with some variations compared to what is written here in this manuscript.
The great Gaon Rabbeinu Moshe Schick the ‘Maharam Schick’ [1807-1879] the greatest disciple of Maran the Chasam Sofer. The Rav of Chust and Rosh Yeshiva of its large yeshiva. His Rav, the Chasam Sofer, said of him that he was ‘Mainer Seforim Shafeh’ [My bookcase]. His Pesakim were accepted admiringly in Austro-Hungary and then in the entire Jewish world. In addition, he was the indisputable leader of Hungary Jewry of his generation. Authored renowned innovations on the Shas and Shur.
