At the beginning of the volume, on the title page, the signature of the great Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Stein, a leading disciple of Maran the Ketav Sofer of Pressburg, Av Beis Din of Tirek, Sent and Miklosh author of Shut Kinat Pinchas. 

The great Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Stein [1830-1886] a leading disciple of Maran the Ketav Sofer, Rabbi Elyokim Getz Hacohen Shverin Av Beis Din of Beiya, Rabbi Yitzchak Moshe Perles Av Beis Din of Bonyhad and Maran Rabbi Meir Ash Av Beis Din of Ungvar. Since 1855 served as Rosh Av Beis Din of Tirek, Sent and Miklosh author of Shut Kinat Pinchas and more.

[3], 40, 46 leaves. Moth perforations. Extensive water stains on the first leaves. A tear due to wear to the edges of the last leaves not affecting the text. Wide margins. Complete, later binding. Good condition.
