318, [2], 319-415, [6] leaves. [2] non-paginated leaves located between leaf 318 and leaf 319 are missing as well as [3] non-paginated leaves at the end of the book. 

Rabbi Yitzchak Bar Sheshet, the Ribash (1326-1408) one of the important Rishonim, one of the leading sages of Spain, a disciple of the Ran and Rabbi Chisdai Karakash the first. Many responses by him are the basis for what was ruled in the Shulchan Aruch.

The Gaon Rabbi Moshe Katznelboigen (1670-1733) the son of the Gaon Rabbi Shaul Katznelboigen Av Beis Din of Brody. In 1694 was appointed Av Beis Din of Podheim. In 1699, was forced to escape due to persecution and was appointed Av Beis Din of Schwabach. Authored manuscripts of Halachic innovations and Shut. 

Ancient, detached leather binding. Taping to the title page. Moth holes. Stains. [5] missing leaves, most of them of the indices leaves at the end of the book. Fair-good condition.
