Seder Tikkun Leil Shavu’ot and Hoshana Rabba. The press of Rabbi Shmuel Avraham Abba Shapiro in Slavuta, 1827. Complete, fine copy.
The Tikun was edited after Sefer Shnei Luchot Habrit, and Kavanat Hashemot by the Ari and was printed by the son of the Rav of Slavuta, Rabbi Shmuel Avraham Abba Shapiro, in Slavuta, 1827.
The book was printed in large, vowelized fonts on regular paper up to leaf 84 and from then on, in smaller fonts and on bluish paper. The title page is with red lettering.
[2], 165 leaves. 21.5 cm. Stains and wear. Signs of use. Blemishes to the title page, professionally restored with some other leaves. A single moth perforation to the first leaves. Ownership stamp ‘Pesach Sternberg’. Fine, new leather binding.
