Shut Pe’er Hador by the Rambam, Lemberg 1859 edition. Pedigreed copy of the holy Rav Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia the son of the holy rav Rabbi Aharon of Chernobyl and the in-law of Maran the holy Rav the Maharid of Belz.
On the flyleaf, a handwritten notation: This book titled Pe’er Hador belongs to the famed holy Rav and Chassid … Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia in Chernobyl.
The holy Rav Rabbi Yeshaya Meshulam Zussia of Chernobyl [passed away in 1881] successor of his father the holy Rav Rabbi Aahron in Chernobyl and one of the leading Tzaddikim of Russia and Vohlin. The son-in-law of his uncle the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Nachum pf Makarov, and by his second marriage, a relative of the holy Rav Rabbi Pinchas of Slavuta. His famed in-law was the famed holy Rav the Maharid of Belz/ His daughter’s son was the holy Rav Rabbi Aharon of Belz.
