Shtar Tena’im and commitment signed by the Saba Kadisha the holy Rav the Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz, sent to the holy Rav the Or Yisroel of Sadigura after the passing of the holy Rav the Imrei Baruch of Vizhnitz, in which he undertakes to pay alimony to his sister and brother-in-law the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef of Sadigura Chernovich.

Important historical document, signed by the Saba Kadisha the holy Rav the Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz, undertaking the commitments of his father the Imrei Baruch of Vizhnitz, who promised, on their engagement, to pay alimony to the couple – the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef of Sadifura and the Rebbetzin Mrs. Sheindil the daughter of the holy Rav the Imrei Baruch. After the Imrei Baruch’s passing, the Rebbetzin’s brother undertook the commitment.

The Ahavas Tisroel wrote: ‘מודה אני החתום מטה בחתימת ידי מלמטה שתעיד עלי כמאה עדים כשרים ונאמנים איך שאנכי הח"מ מחייב א"ע בקגא"ס’…לשלם לכ"ק מחו’ וש"ב הרה"צ מו"ה ישראל שליט"א מסאדיגורא בעד המזונות של אחותי מ’ שיינדיל תי’ ובעלה הרב מו"ה שלום יוסף שליט"א סך עשרים רייניש לחודש.

The Ahavas Yisroel stated explicitly that he was doing this willingly, replacing his late holy father.

The line of the date was handwritten by the Ahavas Yisroel: ‘ב’ ער"ח אדר שנת תרנ"ח לפ"ק פה ויזניץ יע"א, הק’ ישראל בהה"צ מוהר"ב זצללה"ה’.
