[10], 129, 129-140 pp. With dozens of approbations by the leading rabbis of his generation including the Admorim of Sochatchov, of Ostrovtza, of Tolna and more, Rabbi Chaim of brisk, Rabbi Raphael Shapiro, Rabbi Yitzchak Blazer, Rabbi Chaim Berlin, the rabbis of Warsaw and more. Appearing on the [12] pp. at the end of the book is a lengthy list of subscribers. Signature and stamps of Rabbi Avraham Leib Zilberman, who wrote on the book that he had received the book from his grandfather [Rabbi Raphael Shapiro Av Beis Din of Safed]. 

Rabbi Avraham Leib ben Rabbi Yitzchak Dov Zilberman (1889-1947) Av Beis Din of Safed. Was orphaned as a child and was educated by his grandfather, Rabbi Raphael. After his marriage, lived in the Chatzer of the Admor of Shtefansht. Since 1909 served as Dayan in Safed. 

Rabbi Raphael Zilberman (1841-1917) the Rav of the Ashkenazic community of Safed. Was born in Uman and immigrated to Eretz Yisroel with his parents in 1850. Since 1860 served as the Dayan of the Ashkenazic community of SAfed and since 1872 succeeded his father as the Rav of the town. 

Simple binding, partly detached. A gathering at the beginning of the book is detached. Stains. Moth holes. Fair-good condition.
