Avraham Bamberg Press, Warsaw, 1860-1861. Second edition with the author’s additions, which was published in the author’s lifetime.
[5], 86, [1]; 41 leaves. Two title pages for each section. Stamps of Rabbi Yehuda Gershoni and on section II, a stamp of "Yehoshua Gershon Munk, Warsaw". With an approbation by the Chasam Sofer from the first edition.
The famed Rabbinic Naggid Rabbi Yehoshua Gershon Munk, a merchant, bookseller and publisher in Warsaw. Was the publisher of the book Artzot HaShalom also by the Malbim,
Tabbi Yehuda gershoni (1908-2000) the Iluy of Grodno, a disciple of Rabbi Shimon Shkop, Rabbi baruch Ber Leibowitz, Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel and Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook. Served as the Rosh Yeshiva of Yavneh, Brooklyn.
Simple binding, partly detached. Stains including dampness stains. Fair-good condition.
