Rabbi Meir Abovich (1876-1941) rav and Av beis Din of Novhardok and author of Pnei Meir on the Yerushalmi, Pnei Meir innovations and compilation on the Torag and the Drush books Zichron yeshaya and Kochavei Or. Th ein-law of Rabbi Elazar Simcha ben Rabbi Elchonon Bonem Wasserman. Letters by him were printed at the end of his in-law’s book Kovetz Shi’urim, section II.
Simple, renewed binding. Tears and folds to the edges of the first leaves. Good condition.
