[3], 69 leaves. With approbations by the author of the Kesav Sofer, the author of the Michsav Sofer, the author of the Shoel UMeshiv, Rabbi Yehuda Assad and more. On of the Jewish books that were rescued from destruction in the Holocaust. On the title page, the signature of Rabbi Chaim Shimon Landau. Without the additional title page noting the years 1861, which appears in the copy of the National Library.
Rabbi Chaim Shimon Landaua – the Lamdan of Krakow. In his youth, travelled to the Admorim of Sanz, Trisk and Husiatyn. Studied at the Kloiz of the Husiatyn Chassidim. Later, was an important Chassid of the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel of Chortekov.
Worn, semi-leather binding. Stains. Moth holes. Fair-good condition.
