[2], 142 leaves. Stamps of Rabbi Michael Bersen of Chelsey Massachusetts. On the last leaf and on the title page, owner’s signatures including "Shmuel ben M.H. Tedros" which is cut in the upper part.
Rabbi Yosef Hess (passed away in 1793) since 1762 was one of the important Dayanim of Furth and since 1780, Rav, Av Beis Din and Ram of the Castle community and the state of Hessen, Germany. Approbated books that were printed in his lifetime in Furth.
Simple, renewed binding. Stains. Good condition.
