Ancient manuscript, unknown writer, with versions of the prayers said before being wrapped in Tzitzit and after wearing the Talit and Tefillin

A version of the Leshem Yichud prayer, lengthy, moderate and short, to be said before being wrapped in the Tzitzit and a prayer after wearing the Tefillin, per the Kabbalists. Ancient Ashkenazic, rabbinic script.

[2] leaves. With a prayer to be said when wearing the Talit, an additional version for "he who does not want to prolong his prayer so much" and a third, shortened version for "he who has no time to prolong his prayer". In addition, a version of a prayer that is said after wearing the Talit and the Tefillin.

The prayers appearing in this manuscript were introduced in Sefer Keset Yehonatan by Rabbi Yonosson of Oben (Dhyrenfurth, 1697) and were later printed in additional books including Kitzur Shulchan Aruch and Kitzur Shnei Luchot Habrit (Warsaw, 1879). The lengthy and shortened versions were also introduced in the Furth (1696) edition of Kitzur Shnei Luchot Habrit.
