"May they give a little to the above woman, yet Hashem Yisborach knowns that our intentions are for the benefit of the deceased’s soul and all will turn out well"; Psak Din pertaining to the distribution of the estate between his widow and brother and an instrcution to the Beis Din supervising the Chalitzah. Rabbi Moshe Meir ben Rabbi Mordechai Shmerler (passed away in 1918) the son-in-law of Rabbi Naftali Ber Av Beis Din of Litevsk. A Chassid of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. Immigrated to Safed in 1888. In 1918 was sent as a Shadar of Safed and passed away in Kushta.
