Sefer Marpeh LaEtzem, Divrei Mussar, by Rabbi Yitzchak Farchi. Kushta, [1830]. First and rare edition. With the stamp of the holy Rav Rabbi Alter Avraham Bezalel Nosson Note Biderman of Jerusalem-Sosnovich. 

92 leaves. With stamps of "אברהם בצלאל נתן נטע בהצדיק ר’ אלעזר מנחם זצוקלה"ה בידרמן בעיה"ק ירושלים". One of the stamps is partially covered with tape and the second one appears on the lower part of the leaf, with its lower part missing. With a signature erased by a line: "… יצחק ן’ עזרא ס"ט" and Ladino notations in Sephardic script. 

The Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Bezalel Nosson Note Biderman "Rabbi Alter" of Sosnovitza, Der Eretz Yisroel Rebbe [1862-1933] was the son of the Holy Rav Rabbi Elazar Menachem Mendel of Lelov and the brother of the Holy Rav Rabbi David Zvi Shlomo [Rabbi Dudel]. Returned to Poland from Jerusalem and served as an Admor in Sosnovitza, where he became renowned as a lofty wonder-worker and Oved Hashem.

Rabbi Yitzchak Farchi, the Maggid of Jerusalem (1782-1853) was born in Safed and moved to Jerusalem to study with its leading rabbis. Served as Dayan and Rosh Yeshiva of Chayei Olam of Jerusalem and as its Shadar to Turkey, the Balkan and Italy. Suthored many books on Mussar, the vurtue of Eretz Yisroel and Drashot on the Torah. 

New binding with gilt lettering. Some small tears and taping. Good condition.
