[2], 281 leaves. With an approbation by the Rishon LeZion, the Rosh Yeshiva of the Beit El yeshiva of Kabbalists Rabbi Yom Tov Algazi and an approbation by Rabbi David Pardo. Owner’s signatures in Sephardic script: "יעקב מונסא ס"ט", "למדרש הגביר נתנאל לזבונא" – a Beis Midrash in Syria.
