31 leaves. Some of the leaves are printed on bluish paper. The version of the title page "and now for the third time … we have printed this precious book" was copied from the Lvov 1792 edition and this is the fourth edition. Ownership notation "Menachem Mendel the son of Rabbi Shmuel of Bilitza".

No binding. Minor blemish to the title page. Part of the spine is unraveled. Some of the leaves are bluish. Stains. Aging damage and stains. Good condition.
