138 leaves. Two title pages, including a Yiddish one that is missing from some of the copies yet without the German title page that appears in some of the copies.
Ownership stamp "the Gaon Rav Pesach ben Chaim ben Pesach ben Elchonon ben Chaim ben Elchonon Cohen". With handwritten glosses on the margins of the leaves.
Simple binding, partly detached. Stains. The handwritten glosses are cut at the edge of the leaf. Fair condition.
