On the first page, the writer introduces a Teirutz by: "מידידי הרב מוהר"מ המבורג נר"ו". Rabbi Meir Hamburg of Prague (a disciple of Rabbi Yonasson Eibeschutz) Av Beis Din of Helishoi. Passed away in Tishrei 1759.
