Levush Ir Shushan, with the handwritten signature of the holy Gaon Rabbi Avraham of Sochatchov, author of the Avnei Nezer of Sochatchov and the signature of his brother-in-law, the holy Gaon Rabbi Binyomin of Kock, the son of the Saraf of Kock, in his father’s lifetime. The press of Rabbi Yisroel Back, Berditchev, 1821.
It is assumed that the book had belonged also to the holy Rav the Saraf of Kock.
On the upper part of the title page, the Hebrew and foreign stamp of Maran the Avnei Nezer ‘Avraham Bornstein’. On leaf 2, he signed his name, Avraham, integrated with the letter ב’.
Appearing on the title page is the signature ‘בנימין בהרב שי’ מארגינשטערן מקאצק’ (Binyomin the son of the Rav Morgenstern of Kock) referring to the Rav, the Gaon Rabbi Binyomin, the son of Maran the Saraf of Kock, in his father’s lifetime.
The notation by the great Gaon son-in-law, by his pious brother-in-law, who signed in the lifetime of his great father of Kock, supports the assumption that the book had belonged to his father and in-law the holy Saraf of Kock.

An Admor of thousands of Chassidim and Rosh Yeshiva of a yeshiva where he imparted his special scholarly method, which he learned from his in-law the holy Rav. Many of the Geonim of Poland were his disciples. His book Shut Avnei Nezer and Eglei Tal on the Melachos of Sabbath are basic halachic books of the yeshiva world.
