Letter by the great Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Weiss author of the Minchas Yitzchak, from the time he was Rav of Manchester, sent to the Admor Rabbi Chanaya Yom Tov Lipa Deutsch of Helmetz, about breaches in the wall of religion by allowing an organ to be played in the synagogue. Manchester, 1967.
On verso of the letter, Rabbi Chanaya Yom Tov Lipa Deutsch of Helmetz handwrote his reply and added his stamp: Helmetzer Rav.
The Minchas Yitzchak writes sharply and enthusiastically against the reformers, haters of Torah and religion, who bring into the synagogue things that our forefathers had not imagined, expressing himself sharply against any change in the tradition of the synagogue.
The letter ends with blessings for success and salvation and the handwritten signature of the Minchas Yitzchak.
