The press of Avraham ben Yaakov Segal abd Yitzchak ben Shmuel. Kopust, [1808]. The copy of Rabbi Moshe Ginzburg Av Beis Din of Siemiatycze. Important edition with important approbations. 

3 sections in a single volume: Sefer Adam [with Dinei Adam from his birth to his marriage], Sefer Chavah [with the Dinim from a man’s marriage to his passing] and Sefer Meisharim [on Dinei Mamonot]: 

[1], 188 [i.e. 186]; 82 leaves, 33 cm. Printed mostly on blue paper. A special title page for Sefer Meisharim. Mispagination. With approbations by Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev and Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin – this book is one of the rare books containing approbations both by leading Chassidim and by leading Misnagdim, on facing columns. 

With an ownership notation on the flyleaf: שייך להרבני הנפלא [האברך] הצדיק מוהר"ר משה בן הרב המאה"ג מעוז ומגדול והמפורס[ם] החריף ובקי… כק"ש מוהר"ר מנחם נחום נ"י" and with a stamp on the title page of Rabbi "משה בהרב מהר"מ נחום מביאלא" and with additional ownership notations and signatures including "שייך לח"מ האב"ד ק’ קאסטאנטין".With stamps of the Tachkemoni Beis Midrash of Bialystok, which was the first yeshiva high school in the world. 

Rabbi Moshe Ginzburg (passed away before 1850) – the first Rav of Kolna and Rav of Siemiatycze. His father, Rabbi Menachem Nachum Ginzburg was Av Beis Din of several important communities of Poland including Sochatchov. Rabbi Moshe approbated the book Avot DeRav Natan (in 1832) and Sefer Pardes Habinah (the Amsterdam 1842 edition). 

Ancient leather binding. Blemishes and taping to the lower part of the title page and the title page of Sefer Meisharim. Moth holes. Some stains. Fair condition.
