Rabbi Binyomin Aharon ben Rabbi Avraham Solnik (ca. 1535-1619) a disciple of the Rema, the Maharshal, Rabbi Shlomo of Lublin and the Maharam of Lublin. Taught Torah in Krakow and then moved to Silesia to serve as its Rav. Later, he returned to Poland and served as Rav an Av Beis Din of Podheitz. Served as Rav and chairman of the Council of Four Lands. Authored several books, the most well-known being Masset Binyomin.
