Gemore, Vilna 1927 edition, very large volume with wide sheets, Tractates Avodah Zarah, Horayot and Eduyot, with lengthy and short glosses handwritten by the holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich of Shamloy.
Most of them in pen and some in pencil.
The holy Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich, Der Heiliger Shamloyer Rov [1863-1944] Av Beis Din of Shamloy. One of the greatest Poskim of his generation. Author of the Lechem Shlomo Shlomo and approx. forty additional compositions. The grandson of the holy Gaon author of Kol Aryeh who raised him and taught him Torah. A leading disciple of the holy Rav author of Kedushas Yom Tov of Siget and a Chassid of his son the holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar. Perished with his community during the Holocaust.
Slightly dry leaves. Good-very good condition.
