Hafla’ah, halachic innovations on tractate Ketubot and Hilchos Ketubah by Rabbi Pinchas Halevi Horowitz. Lvov – Lemberg, 1816. 

On the flyleaf, the handwritten signature of the holy Gaon Rabbi meir Eisenstadter, the Maharam Esh – who writes ‘זה הספר שייך לי לשמי הק’ מאיר א"ש’  of Siget and later writes in German that he had purchased it for a certain sum. 

An additional notation on the same page about giving this book as a gift to the son of the Maharam Esh לאדוננו מורנו ורבנו הרב החריף ובקי זך ונקי, צדיק תמים ידיד עליון מו"ה מנחם בהרב הגאון הגדול המפורסים רשכבה"ג מו"ה מאיר א"ש – מאת חברת בחורים דפה ק’ חוסט שנת ד’ צדקות אהב לפ"ק’. On the title page, an addiitonal ownership notation handwritten by Rabbi Menachem Esh ‘מאת היוצר הכל הק’ מנחם בלאאמו"ר מאיר א"ש’.

Additional later rabbinic signatures. On verso of the flyleaf, a handwritten gloss that was found inside the book.
