On the title page, the handwritten signature of the holy Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Yechezkel Greenwald of Pápa, the author of Vayaged Yaakov, the son and successor of the holy Gaon the Arugos habosem. 

And with the stamp of the holy Rav Rabbi Yaakov of Tshokova.

The holy Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Yechizkiya Greenwald author of Vayaged Yaakov Av Beis Din of Tzehlim and Pápa [1882-1941] the son and leading disciple of the holy Gaon Rabbi Moshe ben Amaram, the Arugos Habosem of Chust. A leading Chassid of the holy Rav of Shinova, the Maharid of Belz and the Mahara of Belz. The Rav of Tzehlim, where he established a large yeshiva and eventually the Rav of Pápa.

Rabbi Yaakov Halberstam of Tshookova [passed away in 1968] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Sinai of Zmigrod the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Baruch of Gorlitz and grandson of the Rav of Sanz.
