Sefer Chidushei Rabbeinu Chasam Sofer on tractate Gittin nedarim, published by the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Stern Av Beis Din of Debertzin. Brooklyn 1955.
The personal copy of the holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Halevi Wosner, the Rohsh Yeshiva of Chachmei Lublin and Av Beis Din of Zichron Meir – one of the leading disciples of the disciples and followers of Maran the Chasam Sofer. Many glosses handwritten by him.
Maran Rabbi Wosner writes with respect yet questions and explains the words of the Chasam Sofer: ‘לא ידעתי ההוכחה מדברי הר"ן’ ‘דלא כהגאון תורת גיטין ודברי רבינו נראים לעני"ד’ ‘לא ידעתי אם שייך כלל דון מינה ומינה בדבר זה…’
There are folds, done by him, to mark places to be recited, studied in depth or as reference.
