Rabbi Baruch Avraham Bidinger (1868-1944) Av Beis Din of Kolvaria, the son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Panet of Deyzh and a grandson of the holy Rav Rabbi Yechezkel Sheraga of Shinova. Perished in the Holocaust. 

Incomplete copy. Simple binding. Minor aging stains. Taping to the edge of one of the leaves. Fair-good condition.
