This book is the 22nd volume of the Chazon Ish books and the third section of Choshen Mishpat. At the end of the book it is written that most of the book was edited and published in the author’s lifetime, who passed away in Cheshvan: "ובליל ש"ק ט"ן מרחשון נתבקש רבנינו זללה"ה לישיבה של מעלה".
Original binding with gilt lettering, dismantled and partly detached. Loose and blemished spine – the title page and a gathering at the beginning of the book are detached. Fair condition.
