Rabbi Eliyahu ben Rabbi Moshe ben Rabbi Yosef Luantz Ashkenazi (1564-1636) a disciple of the Maharal of Prague. Rav of Folda, Hanau and Friedberg and Rosh Yshiva and Rav of Worms. Later, he moved to Krakow to study Kabbalah. He used to write amulets and was known as Rabbi Eliyahu Baal Shem.
Partly dismantled binding. Stains. fair condition.
