194 leaves. 18 cm. On the title page, signature of Chaim Toledano. On the front flyleaves, ownership notations and the handwritten Piyyut Malki Olam Boreh. On the back flyleaves, the Al Chet prayer, the version of Hatarat Nedarim and the Piyyut Shlosh Esreh Midot Gemar HaInyan. 

Detached binding. Blemished spine – detached leaves and gatherings. Fair condition.
