Unknown Shichat Mussar of the Saba of Slabodka said before Rosh Hashana 1903 – four pages handwritten and signed by his son-in-law and disciple Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Schor, the Rosh Yeshiva of Slabodka – Tishrei, 1903.

This letter was written to Rabbi Avraham Noah Paley, a disciple of the Saba of Slabodka. The letter is dated: "יום ב’ לסדר האזינו התרס"ד".

At the beginning of the letter, Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac recalls that on Rosh Hashana the Saba of Slabodka did not deliver a sermon, due to his weakness. He then states that he is writing the sermon the Saba delivered before Rosh Hashana. The sermon is then written on four pages. He ends the letter with the words:  "ידידך הכותב בחפזון ללכת למנחה יצחק אייזיק שער".

Most of the printed sermons of the Saba of Slabodka are sermons that were delivered in the last years of his life, mainly from 1920 and onward. Almost nothing is known of sermons from the 1900s.

At the beginning of the fourth page, he writes: "הנני דו"ש בשלום אדמו"ר שליט"א [referring to Rabbi Baruch Ben Leibowitz, the Rosh Yeshiva of Knesset Beit Yitzchak of Slabodka] וב"ב… אוהבם המברכם בגח"ט [=בגמר חתימה טובה], כן לכל ידידינו בתוך כל ישראל, אייזיק".
