Sefer Likutei Yekarim by Maran the Baal Shem Tov, the great Maggid of Mezeritch, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Premishla and Rabbi Yechiel Michl of Zlotchov. Printed in Lemberg in 1792 and then in Mezhirov in 1794.
This edition is a variant of the Mezhirov 1798 edition that was published without Kavanat Hamikveh, as appearing in Otzar Hasefer HaIvri listing 51310.
In this edition, the Pidyon Nefesh appears as printed in the 1794 edition.
At the end of the book, the publishers wrote: תם ונשלם בעזרת ה’ על ידי הפועל העוסק במלאכת הקודש באמונה המסדר אותיות נאום יעקב שמואל בן כהר"ר יצחק זצ"ל
