Psak Halacha signed by the Gaon Rabbi Meir Weill Av Beis Din of Berlin, a close friend of Maran Rabbi Akiva Eiger and his Beis Din. 1808. 

Psak Halacha given to the rabbis of the famed Altona, Hamburg and Wandsbek communities. 

In the Psak, the rabbis discuss the case of a widow who requires a new trustee to take care of her alimony. ‘והיא יושבת שוממה ומשועממה פה אצל אמה האלמנה החשובה’.

The Psak is signed by the Dayanim Rabbi Meir ben Rabbi Simcha Weill, Rabbi Shemaya Lanzburg and Rabbi Leiser Segal Horowitz.
