Michtam LeDavid, very large work on the Torah, handwritten by the great Gaon Rabbi David Sperber of Brasov, one of the leading Poskei Hora’ah of Romania, author of Shut Afarkesta DeAnya and a member of Moetzes gedolei HaTorah. 

86 large leaves, in his fine orderly script, wonderful Chassidic elucidations on Parashiyos Bereshit, Noah, lech lecha, Vayera, Chayei Sarah and Toldot. 

He titled the elucidation Michtam LeDavid and added his introduction. 

He wrote the leaves when he lived in Brasov, Romania. 

On the flyleaf, the handwritten signature of his son-in-law the Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Segal Deutsch, the Rav of Katamon and eventually, the in-law of the Yeshu’os Moshe of Vizhnitz (by his second marriage)and the great Gaon Rabbi Alter Eliyahu Rubenstein of Antwerp.

Bound lined leaves. Some of the leaves are detached from the binding. Wear and blemished, almost not affecting the text. Good condition.
