Small collection of letters by rabbis of cities and settlements of Eretz Yisroel in activities for the Kashruth in the country.
* Letter from 1944 signed by Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Toledano and the Chief Rabbinate of Tel Aviv, listing the shops selling kosher sausages in the Lod district.
The letter was sent to the supervisor of food of the British Mandate in Lod. Shevat, 1944.
* Letter by the Mishmeret Shabbat organization to Rabbi Ben Yishai, the Rav of the Neveh Shanan neighborhood of Tel Aviv about bakeries that desecrate the Sabbath and the protests against it.
The letter was handwritten and signed by the secretary of the organization and with its stamp.
* Letter by the rabbis of Tel Aviv-Jaffa from 1939 describing a butchery selling non-kosher chicken and the steps taken to prevent the recurrence of the event.
The letter was written by a scribe and signed by the Chief Rabbi Rabbi Benzion Meir Chai Uziel and the Chief Rabbi Amiel. The letter refers, among others, to Rabbi Yonah Hochman and Rabbi Liberson.
